Hello! I am Jessica Brown, Michele Menzel's daughter. I am a wife and a mother of two little girls, 3 and 8 months. I recently decided, with the added promptings of my mother, to start the 40 Day Challenge to cleanse and rejuvenate my body after having my baby.
What I would like to do in these next posts is share with you my personal journey while participating in the Challenge. I will share yummy recipes, frustrating struggles and helpful tips.
As Michele launches the next collective Energetic Wellness 40 Day Challenge later this Spring I hope my testimony aids those of you who plan on participating in some body "Spring cleaning" by gearing you up with encouragement and excitement!
