Dr. Michele Menzel's 7 Laws of Wellness

Exercise: The body was designed to be in motion. They say an object in motion tends to stay in motion. Start 2012 off on a good foot, literally. Try walking daily and building up to 3 miles. A really good pace would be to cover this distance in 60 minutes. Start slow and build up but above all, start!
