Energetic Wellness

Had lunch with a great friend, Thomas Hill III, president of Kimray, Inc. We had an awesome meal at the Deep Fork grill. This was the best salmon that ever touched my lips. Did I feel full? I think I felt about 80% full, the key 80%.
